Fuel worked with our integrated video production team, HUG, to develop a series of customer success videos for DocuSign in Australia.

 The Brief

DocuSign is the global leader in Digital Transaction Management and eSignature technology, with a growing customer base in Australia and New Zealand. To capitalise on the fantastic work DocuSign is doing to help Australian businesses reduce the amount of paper they use, a selection of customer cases studies were commissioned.

Our Solution

Working closely with our video production team, HUG, three customer case study videos were developed to illustrate the benefits of DocuSign’s solution. These assets are now being used by the local sales team and were also amplified over social media to DocuSign’s 33,043 LinkedIn followers.

By speaking directly to DocuSign customers, we were able to define the exact benefit of the technology to their business, resulting in an evergreen video asset that can be used by both DocuSign and the customer to promote their services.
